Electronic Claims Filing
There are several options for filing claims electronically with DCPG. Please note: As of Feb. 1, 2021, the payer IDs have been updated. Please update your records to ensure you use 04356 for group members and CX014 for individual members. Additionally, please note that the payer ID on the member ID card may differ as we work to update member cards.
Option 1: DCPG Provider Portal (formerly SecureTrack)
Visit the DentaQuest provider portal to file claims as well as check member eligibility. This option is free of charge for in-network dentists.
To obtain a confidential user name and password, click here and follow the instructions for registering for the portal. You will need your nine-digit tax ID (FEIN) or Social Security number and ZIP code.
*Note to users of the DCPG provider portal: DCPG’s provider portal has been migrated to the DentaQuest provider portal.You must register for the portal by clicking here. Please bookmark this updated link to the portal and use your new credentials (user name and password) going forward for ALL eligibility inquiries and claim submissions.
Option 2: Change Healthcare, Tesia or DentalXchange
File electronically through these clearninghouses using the appropriate payer ID number below:
Group Members: 04356
Individual Members: CX014

Option 3: Any clearninghouse of your choice
File electronically using the clearinghouse of your choice through your practice management system.
