Re-credentialing - Current Dentists
Health insurance carriers are required by all states to re-credential their participating providers. DCPG re-credentials our providers on a rolling three-year basis from the date when each provider was approved for network participation.
If you were last re-credentialed in 2010 or recently received a re-credentialing packet in the mail from DCPG, you are due for re-credentialing in 2013. For information on how to re-credential, please follow the instructions in the checklist below:
