Vision Care Plus offers a number of attractive plans at a variety of price points. By partnering with Avesis, the nation's No. 1 vision administrator, we're able to offer members outstanding vision benefits and efficient management for internal administrators.

Brokers and Administrators can enjoy aggressively rated plans that are guaranteed for two years from the initial effective date. Customer service can be received over the phone or online.

For members, they have an abundance of outstanding vision resources from which to choose. They can visit major retail practices such as select Target, Sears, Wal-Mart or Sam's Club locations, or choose an independent practice.

Total Vision Services 

The Total Vision Services Plan enables you and members of your family the opportunity to purchase optical goods and services at substantial savings at reputable optical providers. The program provides discounts of 20% to 60% on eyeglasses, contact lenses (excluding disposables) and many other items offered at retail. You will also receive savings of 10% to 30% on medical eye exams and surgical procedures including refractive surgery. Members of DCPG dental plans are automatically enrolled to receive this tremendous benefit.
