Regardless of where your company is based, we have the products for you to consider.

Employers Based in Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky

For your employees based in the Greater Cincinnati area,
the market-leading dental plan:

Dental Care Plus (HMO)
Dental Care Plus is perfect for companies that operate within our primary market of Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky as well as for employees who live in this community. Members are required to see an in-network dentist, however our HMO network is so expansive that you have access to more than 95% of practicing dentists in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, neutralizing the need to go out-of-network. Employers based in Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky with employees in other areas can pair our HMO with our PPO.

Product Highlights:

  • It's available as a fully-insured product for groups of 2 or more. It can also be self-funded for groups of 50 or more.
  • No late-entrant waiting periods.
  • When it comes to claims, we are completely transparent about what is covered and what is not, and what members may owe.
  • Members don't have to file claims. They also won't be billed for any covered services above contracted amounts when they are within their annual maximum.
  • Shelf rates are available for employers of 2 to 19 in Ohio and Kentucky.
  • Fully-insured groups with 2 or more enrollees are also automatically enrolled in our vision discount plan called Total Vision Services.

DentaSelect Plus (PPO)
Flexibility and options are nice things to have. DentaSelect Plus gives you both. For employees living outside of Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, DentaSelect offers access to dental professionals across the United States no matter where they live or work. Members may receive covered services from an in-network or out-of-network dentist. Naturally, if they want to minimize out-of-pocket costs, they should choose an in-network professional. But it's also nice to have the peace of mind of knowing they can receive covered services from any dentist of their choice.

Ask your sales representative about pairing our HMO with our PPO. Companies based in Butler, Clermont, Hamilton or Warren counties in Ohio or in Boone, Campbell, Kenton and Pendleton counties in Kentucky can pair the HMO and PPO in this manner:

Employees residing within one of the eight counties listed above are enrolled in the HMO. Employees residing outside of those eight counties are enrolled in the PPO.  Both sets of employees enjoy solid to unmatched in-network access in their communities. Please note, HMO small-group shelf rates do not have the option of pairing products.
