Each month you or someone in your office receives an e-mail from DCPG with a link to the website where your monthly invoice is posted. Only benefit administrators who have provided their business contact information (specifically their e-mail address) to the DCPG enrollment/billing team are able to log onto their employer billing records.
When you or your company's benefits administrator registered for online enrollment, the necessary contact information was provided.
